Jamis Farewell

My best friends mission farewell. Jami is going to london, England on april 9th. she got her call in november. it has been a long wait but in the end it was short. jami was one of my freshmen roomies and we have been best friends since. i will miss her tons but she will do a fabulous job. and its only 18 months. i can handle that, right? all but one roommate from freshmen year made it to her farewell. it was great to see everyone and chat.

Callies bridal

we had a bridal shower for callie which included neat candy sushi. and we got to see my cousin camie; who had just had a baby a week prior. camie is only 2 months older then me, so its crazy to think she has a baby now. i also, i got to hang out with my freshmen roommies-jami, jessica, and leoh.

Farming

for the last couple of days of spring break i went up to firth, idaho with my best friend, jami. it was our last real thing we got to do before she left on her mission. so we went up with her friends to one of the friends houses. they have a little farm. it was great fun. we city folk enjoyed the farm life. we helped with chores; feeding horses, sheep, chickens, collecting eggs, feeding some of the lambs bottles. we also rode horses- which i might add i almost died. the horse i was on was not being very nice to me. in addition, we got to see a lamb be born. fascinating. plus, i held a baby lamb. we went shooting one day and a trip to idaho falls. it was a fun new adventure.

last game :(

i went to my last aggie basketball game as a student. sad day! we also went and played ultimate laser tag. jessica works there and we got full range of the place.

Concert

Sarah, Kara, and i went to a concert up on campus of one of our favorite bands, "We Shot the Moon." they also came with "Big Surrender" which is now becoming another favorite band. it was a really good show, we were up close and talk to the band members for a while.
