its nice to have a change

i have just recently come to enjoy Michael Bubles music. his music is not my usual scene but some songs have grown on me and the others are getting there. i have his new cd and its refreshing to have something so different. the song i posted is a pretty normal one and i love it

the joy of fall

today at work i took 2 of the girls out for a walk and
to my surprise there were tons of crunchy fallen leaves.

stepping on crunchy leaves is my favorite part of the fall.
throughout the walk i made sure i walked through the trail of leaves.

this sure made my day!

My cute little niece celebrated her 3rd birthday today.
She has been talking about her party for the last couple of weeks. It was so fun to be there and see how excited she was. Erin did a fantastic job on the decorations and the cute treats.

sizzling party

it was my dads birthday yesterday but i couldn't go down bc of work so i got my siblings to come down tonight to celebrate. we plus my grandparents went out to sizzler and then back to the house to chill- which means watching the adorable Ava goof around. we then had homemade carrot cupcakes (my dads fav.) made my Callie. its always fun to be around family.

ps- Dad... i hope you really like the comforter.
