today was my grandpas funeral
it was a great day spent remembering my grandfather. i have had a hard time and today i was at peace and
held things together.
-my cousin gave a great life sketch and
my uncle gave a good talk
-i put together a gum display for guests to take a pack of gum to remember my grandpa by
-the VFW came out: gun salute, "Taps" was played, and folding and presenting the flag to my grandma.
-doves were released
-plus the weather was fabulous

I am glad the weather was favorable and that all unfolded as outlined for G'pa Tom's funeral. You have so many family members to share your memories with.
